The Committee will be proposing changes to the Breakaway Constitution. Most of these changes are minor to reflect how the Group is currently being run. However a major change is to remove the right of The Committee to make changes to the Constitution, without the vote of the Members.
The Breakaway Committee are all agreed that Breakaway is a member-driven group, therefore any changes proposed to the Constitution should only be made upon receiving the approval of the Members who should vote on this either at an Annual General Meeting or an Extraordinary General Meeting.
